On behalf of us at Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning, our hearts go out to all those impacted by the COVID-19 virus—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so much more. Our focus is on the health and safety of our customers and our community.  We have implemented the CDC recommendations on “How to Protect Yourself & Others" and follow the  "Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)".

RUG DROP OFF

​If you are dropping off rugs, we see you when you pull in and will greet you in the parking lot – maintaining at least 6’ from each other.  We will be wearing masks for safety.  We will take the rugs out of your vehicle and bring them into our facility to review them with you – always maintaining a safe 6’ or more distance from each other.

RUG PICKUP

If you are picking up rugs, we see you when you pull in and will greet you in the parking lot – maintaining at least 6’ from each other.  We will be wearing masks for safety.  We will place your rug into your vehicle always maintaining a safe 6’ or more distance from each other.

PICKUP& DELIVERY

We arrive wearing our masks.  We can pick up and deliver your rugs into your garage or home - always maintaining a safe 6' distance.

PAYMENT

All payment processing can be done remotely with ease.
