How Our Reservation Process Works
Really want to get your item cleaned but hate to be without it. Well, then just make a Reservation. Reservations do require a $25 deposit in order to get entered into the Line-up Reservation System.
Please note, we require a reservation for furniture items (for example chairs, benches, ottomans).
DROP OFF
When you make a reservation, we enter your item(s) into the workflow just like if you dropped them off or picked them up. Then, when we are almost ready to clean them, we give you a call and send an email telling you to bring your item(s) in. Once we have your item(s), we clean them right away. This way it minimizes the time you are without your item(s). We can have your item ready typically in a week or less!
PICKUP AND DELIVERY
When you make a reservation, we set up the pickup and delivery dates and we enter your item(s) into the workflow just like if we had already picked them up. Then, when we are almost ready to clean them, we give you a call and send an email letting you know we are ready to pick up your item(s). Once we pick up your item(s) in, we clean them right away. This way it minimizes the time you are without your item(s). We can have your item(s) ready typically in a week or less!
